We had an really good stay at this hotel. The service provided by the staff was excellent. They were really good too assist us when my wife left her phone in a taxi. The concierge, Dirk, retrieved the phone by checking security footage and contacting the taxi company. The staff demonstrated a high level of customer service throughout our stay.
Didn't dislike anything about the hotel.

The hotel was perfect, rooms and the breakfasts here were superb. The nearby restaurant, Qianjiang Guzhen Jiza, was as close as 900 feet from the venue❤

Staying in the city centre was fantastic, with the hotel's location close to the pedestrian shopping street with exclusive shops and right in the commercial centre. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of food options. The staff was very friendly and provided wonderful service.

The staff were great too make us feel welcome and comfortable. We were kinda surprised when we arrived at our room in the early hours of the morning to find the heater already on and warm. The shower heated up quickly, great to relax and get a good night's sleep. The breakfast selection was top notch, with a variety of delicious local dishes and a coffee machine that brewed aromatic coffee. The hotel's location was perfect for shopping, and the gym was well-equipped. The live singing duet in the lounge added a special touch to our evenings. we highly recommend this hotel and the excellent service provided.
